Precor 313 - Back Extension

The Precor 313- Back Extension features a simple popper pin back-pad adjustment and dual-position footplates to ensure comfort and accommodation of most users. The ASP allows for variable start positions while the soft stop cushions the rearward motion of the movement arm. Additonally, the unit features a range-of-motion (ROM) device and isoft-stopi which are included standard. The cable is a 3/16-inch (7x19) aircraft cable coated with black pressure extruded nylon to ¼-inch or 1/8-inch coated to 3/16-inch. The handles are slip resistant rubber sleeves with machined alloy end-caps. The weight stack is elevated 5 inches to facilitate user pin selection from seated position. Ratcheting seat adjustment with push to release lever.
