Precor 309 - Vertical Row

The Precor 309 - Vertical Row features a unique pivoting arm that allows the user some flexibility in defining the movement path. Additionally, the unit features multiple-position hand grips that provide variety for arm positioning, while an easy seat and torso support adjustment is provided. The cable is a 3/16-inch (7x19) aircraft cable coated with black pressure extruded nylon to ¼-inch or 1/8-inch coated to 3/16-inch. The handles are slip resistant rubber sleeves with machined alloy end-caps. The weight stack is elevated 5 inches to facilitate user pin selection from seated position. Ratcheting seat adjustment with push to release lever.
