FitWall® Twin Column™ Fitness Training System

Workout beside with a friend or a trainer on the other side with a V8TS or V10TS FitWall® Twin-Column™ Training System. This system delivers all that is needed by giving a total body workout for two people at the same time. The unit forces the user to not only fight against gravity by moving and holding the entire body above the floor, but also forces the use of the whole body to maintain sufficient core balance. Specific muscles can be targeted and isolated, giving the user the best of both anaerobic and aerobic exercise. With the free standing Twin-Column™, the unit can be safely placed in front of a mirror, which will enable the user to recognize and gage their own form.
