FitWall® - Fit-V™ Training System

Four people can use the FitWall® Fit-V™ Training Systems at the same time and within direct view of themselves and 2 others at all times. The Fit-V™ delivers it all by giving a total body workout and the potential to burn more calories in less time. The unit forces the user to not only fight against gravity by moving and holding the entire body above the floor, but also forces the use of the whole body to maintain sufficient core balance. Specific muscles can be targeted and isolated when desired, giving the user the best of both anaerobic and aerobic exercise. With the free standing Fit-V™, the unit can be safely placed in front of mirror, which will enable the user to recognized and gage their form in the mirror. Can be utilized for competitive and/or timed exercises with a trainer. The V8VS Vertical 8 Foot V System is just under 8 feet tall, and the V10VS is just under 10 feet tall. The Fit-V Systems are made of either four V8S’s or V10S’s and the appropriate size Fit-V Center Post. The unique ability to stack Fit-V™ on top of each other opens many other setup and training options when used with our auto belaying system that bolts on the top. The Fit-V™ Center Post anchors to the floor, but can also be mounted to a vertical surface.
