The E-316 Professional Health Club Rower maximizes durability and is virtually maintenance free. With the smallest footprint in its class, this unit is ideal for group classes. The handles are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and ease on joints for superior comfort. Among its many features, there are no chains, but rather a Dyneema® cable that will maintain a smooth, clean and quiet fluid motion, as it will not stretch and is extremely durable and resistant to moisture, UV light and chemicals. Air-glide seat rollers are concealed in the tracks which delivers a safer, cleaner, smoother, quieter and longer life. The seat is at "office chair" height which allows ease of entry and exit for all users. The unique heel support assembly places a 'heels-together-ergonical' layout for user comfort, in addition to instant one-touch adjustment for foot size and guarantees the heels cannot come loose while rowing.
