Designed to facilitate large group 30 minute, full body, intense workouts, without the use of any additional accessories, GTS offers easy, quick transitions between exercises. Personal training, Pilates, high-performance athletic training and body sculpting with this award-winning, functional, exercise training device delivers sure results. GTS's tower provides eight levels of resistance and the unit features Lateral Adjustable Training (LAT) bars that allow for six arm pulley locations to accommodate any individual's size or height. This specific pulley placement improves line of pull and the effectiveness and specificity of force angles for upper body movements. LAT bars also adjust down to become Pull-up bars. GTS's Folding Platform and wide-based Telescoping Squat Stand, which adjusts to three height settings, folds compactly against the glideboard during storage. The Folding Foot Holder also adjusts to accommodate larger foot sizes.
