FitWall®

The FitWall® delivers it all by giving a total body workout and the potential to burn more calories in less time. The FitWall® forces the user to not only fight against gravity by moving and holding the entire body above the floor, but also forces the use of the whole body to maintain sufficient core balance. Specific muscles can be targeted and isolated when desired, giving the user the best of both anaerobic and aerobic exercise. A section of the FitWall® will make the most of space by utilizing the area in front of and on a wall. Combining the FitWall® with suspension and band training will add even more flavor and possibilities in the same floor space, accommodating more than 100 possible exercises.
