TechnoGym® - Crossover 500 Elliptical

The Crossover 500 elliptical is the next generation of "Lateral Total Body" training that simultaneously works every part of the upper and lower body by engaging the arms in a converging motion and the legs through extending, rotating, and flexing actions so that multiple muscles are working at the same time; allowing the user to tone the quadriceps, gluteus and the biceps femoris muscle. At the same time the guided motion of the Crossover allows for a lower impact on knees and joints in the feet and helps the user maintain a correct posture during his/her workout. The Crossover 500 includes 25 levels of difficulty and resistance, making this elliptical a high calorie burner allowing the user to burn up to 160 calories in 20 minutes.
