BOSU® Balance Trainer

The BOSU® Balance Trainer is a multi-functional fitness product to enhance balance and strength and coordinate your body including the muscles that you don't see. In addition, this unit balance trainer also targets the core muscles of your body - those muscles around your abdominal and back area - helping you to not only gain strength, but, to also trim and tone. Can be used in cardio workouts, strength training, increasing flexibility, sports conditioning and core training. The BOSU® Balance Trainer can be used with the platform side either up or down to challenge balance with different body positions. This product has a bladder weight of 7 pounds, and a dually over-molded platform for extra strength. It has a smooth, non-skid, non-marking base. The BOSU® Balance Trainer has a blue dome, light grey clamp and platform, and includes a foot inflation pump.
