Advantage Fitness Products' Employment Application Policy

We welcome your application for employment with Advantage Fitness Products. The Human Resources Department at Advantage Fitness Products carefully considers all applicants. Advantage Fitness Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment practices on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status or any reason prohibited by local, state, or federal regulation.

It is Advantage Fitness Products' policy that applications remain active for six (6) months from the date of submission. After the initial first six months, your Application/Resume will remain in our database for an additional 18 months, totaling to minimum of two (2) years from the time of initial submission. A resume submitted without a reference to a specific job opening will be considered as an “Unsolicited Resume Submission” and will be review for informational purposes only. Resumes will not be accepted in place of a completed application. Once you have completed the application, your application/resume will be sent directly to the Human Resources Department. You will also receive an automatic response confirming that your application and resume has been received.
