AFP Completes First Monster Fitness Center
March 27, 2007 - AFP recently completed the first facility for Monster Fitness in Lancaster, CA. Monster Fitness is making a bold entry into the commercial fitness industry, backed by a truly innovative membership model. Monster Fitness members will be able to pay off their monthly memberships through referral of new members. With a high-enough volume of monthly referrals, members can actually earn money once they’ve exceeded the balance of their monthly membership fee.
AFP’s Director of Sales, Rob Newkirk has been instrumental in building this relationship with the family-owned Monster Fitness. The company’s 7,000 square-foot facility is the first step in an aggressive growth plan that targets younger high-school to college-aged fitness-focused consumers. According to owner Richard Caton, “Our ultimate goal is warehouse-sized “Monster” facilities that have “too much” equipment.” AFP intends to be there every step of the way.
