Biography
Biltmore Fitness Director, Theresa McQueen brings more than a decade of experience in health, wellness and beauty industries. McQueen implements and manages the full array of group and personal training programming at Biltmore Fitness, one of the largest hotel membership gyms in the country, offering more than 130 fitness classes each week within more than 10,000 sq. ft of facility space. In addition to managing the ongoing operations of this immense facility, McQueen is charged with ensuring that Biltmore’s service offerings reflect the most cutting-edge methods and techniques available in fitness and wellness. McQueen is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer and is also a Johnny G Spin coach, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. As a fitness professional and former athlete, Theresa has been successful in implementing an unparalleled aerobics and strength training program at Biltmore Fitness, earning accolades from top national fitness publications including Men’s Fitness and Men’s Health magazines. Both magazines touted Biltmore Fitness as one of the top 10 gyms in the United States.
